UPDATE Oct 20th, 2011 (Via PMC Mgt)
There will now be a Board of Director Quorum at the Oct 27th HOA meeting. This is the second call to the annual meeting so only the election process and announcement of the new board will be conducted (along with review of last years annual meeting minutes).
All regular business will be done at the meeting on November 22nd with the
newly elected board.
UPDATE Oct 19th, 2011 (Via PMC Mgt)
Due to personal emergencies and work schedules, the board meeting on Oct 27th will not include a Board of Director Quorum.
That means all business done by the Board or any Homeowner issues will have to be tabled until the November 22nd HOA meeting.
Only the annual election/ballot counting and announcement of the new board will take place Oct 27th.
Annual Meeting has been rescheduled because there was not a quorum of votes/ballots.
