1. Trash cans are furnished by the city of San Diego – One can per unit.
2. Only trash that is in these cans will be picked up. No plastic bags or paper bags will be collected.
3. Must be placed on curb for pickup weekly (Tuesday) – Cannot be allowed to pile up. Trash cans must be returned on the same day that they are placed out.
4. Each resident/owner must do his or her part to keep the trash room clean.
5. Blue City of San Diego recycle bins are picked up every other week during regular trash pickup. Residents are responsible to keep the bins clean. Recycle bins must be stored out of sight of the common areas at all time, except when out for collection.
