Our Mission:
The goal of this site is to share information about the Peñasquitos Villas I & II community and provide residents and owners with an awareness of what takes place within our Home Owners Association and neighborhood. The purpose is to engage the residents by providing accessible and transparent information about the HOA so that future decisions made by the HOA are positively affecting our community.
Note: Beginning December 2013, newsletters will be posted on this website. Hand delivery of newsletters will cease, but a hard copy newsletter will continue to be delivered in your monthly HOA bill. Click Here for the "Newsletters Archive".
