Board Meeting times and locations? Meetings are typically the 4th Tuesday evening of every other month, at 6:30 p.m. at Los Penasquitos School, Room 10. During summer months when school is closed the meetings are at PMC office.

Direct deposit for HOA fees? Direct deposit is available for HOA fees. You can have your HOA payment deducted from your bank account by filling out and sending the following ACH form to the PMC office. Payment deductions are made between the 5th and the 10th of each month.

HOA Fees? As of October 2012. For units that are gas and electric the monthly fee is $235.00. For units that are electric only the monthly fee is $222.00.

How many units are there in Penasquitos Villas I & II? There are 224 units in Villas I & II. 200 are gas & electric, 24 are all electric.

Recycling? Recycle pickup is every other Tuesday (unless Monday is a holiday, in which case pickup is on Wednesday)..... The City sends a calendar (each year usually in December) to all residents indicating pickup days.
